Just a quickie to let you know how the seat compared to the original B.M.W.  Prior to your work I could only stand to sit on the bike for 400-500 k's.  Then my arse felt like it had been used as a demo at the Sydney Mari-Gras.  I have just completed 5000 k's to Phillip Island and back and the difference was quite remarkable.  No problem doing 800 + k's and feeling quite refreshed after that.

So thank you for your research.

About 13 months ago you did our seat on a GS1100G while we waited.....  This is just an update to tell you it's still going great for BOTH of us,   35,000 k's later.  TOP MARKS FOR A TOP JOB.  THANKYOU.

A SOLUTION TO "VIRAGO BUM"

As mentioned in Barry's tale of the weekend at Kingaroy pillions particularly on 1100's & 750's are prone to "Virago Bum" - not very pleasant.  There are a couple of solutions (1)  get off the back and ride your own bike or ... (2)  Contact John Moorhouse ....

Ask for the same job he did for Rick Bedford.  Rick informas me that his pillion, Sherol gives it the BIG thumbs up.  As Rick says, "If the co-pilot is happy and comfortable then the riding makes for a pleasurable experience all round."

The seat [which you remodelled for us in March this year] continues to improve and from our base at Grafton we have travelled to Brisbane, Canberra, Stanthorpe (via Bonalbo, Urbenville, Killarney, Warwick) & a couple of short runs around the Clarence Valley.  We just love it!!  It had received many admiring glances & we have passed on your name to friends who are contemplating a seat remodel for their Honda CBR.

Thank you for the professional manner in which yo completed the work (& the time frame astounded us - one week from postage to receipt of the finished product is exceptional).
