Let me introduce myself. I am 35 years old, born in Reading, England and emigrated to Australia in 1968, when I was 5 years old. I lived in Sydney for a couple of years, then spent most of my childhood in Canberra.

I love doing crafts (especially needlepoint) and sewing. I am an avid reader and seldom have the stereo off. I have 6 children and also do Family Daycare, caring for another 5 children when their parents work.

After my fairly turbulent early teenage years, I became a Christian at 16 years old. A friend of mine, that I hadn't seen for a while, told me about how God had turned his life around. I was so impressed in the changes in him that I came along to one of his church meetings at the Revival Centres International. Every question I asked, they answered from the Bible, not from their own opinions, so I decided to be baptised (by full immersion like the bible commands) and later that evening I received the Holy Spirit and spoke in tongues.

God has blessed me with so much that I hardly know where to begin! I have been healed on numerous occasions (as have my children), and have seen many miracles. I have a wonderful, Spirit-filled husband, Clive, that I met through our church and married in 1980 (at the ripe old age of 17 years!). We have 6 children, our last 2 adopted from Ethiopia.

God has given my life direction and purpose. I know who I am and where I am going. He has given me the strength and ability to bring my children up in the love of God and to show them the path to walk on. He has given me 'peace beyond all understanding' and I have never looked back from the day I let him into my life, 20 years ago this year.
