iiNet 'Update your Contact Details' Promotion - Terms & Conditions

Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Promotion is open between 8:30am WST on 28 August 2006 and 11:59pm WST on 20 October 2006 ("Promotion Period"). There will be one draw conducted from the eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The Draw will be a random prize draw from all eligible entries received during the entry period for the Draw and will be conducted by iiNet Limited at 263 Adelaide Terrace, Perth WA 6000 ("Draw Location") at 2:00pm WST on 25 October 2006 .

The first five correct eligible entries drawn will each receive a $AU100 (retail value) Coles Myer voucher.

Winners will be notified within seven days of the draw. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the winner by email and in writing.

Entry is open to all iiNet dialup customers who received an email from iiNet detailing this promotion and updated their details during the Promotion Period. ("Eligible Entrants").

Management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including the suppliers of prizes) are ineligible to enter.

To enter and be eligible to win, an Eligible Entrant must update their contact details in Toolbox during the entry period. An Eligible Entrant may change their contact details through Toolbox on multiple occasions, however only one entry will be recognised towards the competition.

Prize can only be delivered to an address registered with the winner's relevant iiNet Limited account. If there are variations to this delivery address then delivery will be at the cost of the winner.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received or included for any reason during the Promotion Period.

By participating in this Promotion participants understand and agree that iiNet Limited may use and disclose the information provided by them on the terms and for the purposes (including marketing) set out in iiNet Limited Privacy Statements available at http://www.iinet.net.au/privacy/

The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions.
