what is computer support?

iiNet Computer Support is a dedicated on-call phone service provided by Quick Knowledge, an approved iiNet partner, for a range of problems you may have with your computer or other electrical equipment

iiNet Computer Support covers computer troubleshooting and operational problems associated with the efficient use of all major desktop applications and software.

Computer Support covers all on-call phone support with on-site escalation for operational matters relating to printers, scanners, multi function centres, digital still cameras, webcams, microphones and speakers

what if I need on-site help?

For more serious problems you may need an on-site visit from a technician to fix the problem.. If so, we can arrange that over the phone.
Costs associated with an on-site visit are at the expense of the customer and will be estimated by Quick Knowledge prior to undertaking any work

what doesn't computer support cover?

There are some problems that Computer Support can't cover over the phone. Most of these can be supported with an on-site visit and an additional fee including

  • Installation of equipment
  • Virus & Spyware related problems
  • Data back up & transfer.
  • Network/wireless network security & support
