Open Day 2006 Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Each prize includes two return flights from the nearest capital city, three nights accommodation in Perth city and return airport transfers.Accommodation will be provided by a supplier and class of iiNet's choice. All other expenses will be the responsibility of the winner.
2. Customers can only enter the contest once.
3. Entry is by email submission only to openday@iinet.net.au. Entries that exceed the maximum word limit and do not contain full contact details will be deemed ineligible.
4. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If you cannot accept the prize or are unavailable on the dates specified, the prize will be reallocated.
5. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner.
6. iiNet, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives are not responsible for defective prizes or misuse of any prize, or for any claims, liability, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any contest promoted by iiNet.
7. All contestants release from, and indemnify iiNet Limited against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in any contest including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
8. Winners may be asked by iiNet to participate in a photo session and acknowledge that iiNet has the right to use such publicity photos in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit, unless that person advises iiNet at the time of entering the relevant contest that he/she wishes to retain his/her anonymity.
9. Employees or a member of the employees immediate family are not eligible to enter.
