Welcome to the One Page Linux
Manual.
I wrote this thing way back in 1999 as a quick
reference guide. I was experimenting with Linux at the time and found that I
had to keep flicking through pages to find what I wanted.
I
then summarised the most useful commands (for me), and
created a PDF document. A friend of mine suggested that I stick it up on the
Internet to share with other Linux newbies and wannabes.
The rest is
history. Fame, fortune and Linux Groupies were mine for the
asking.
Since then tens of thousands of people from all around the world
have downloaded it, criticised it, hacked it, stolen it,
wrapped their rubbish in it and given it to their friends.
It's all good. I now get an average of 60 - 70
visitors per day. You are one of them. Thank you.
You may download the PDF manual here.
To fund this site I sell unique Linux pocket protectors.
They make great gifts for the Geeks in your life - cheap
and unique. Please click here
