Approx 12 years Old	After bone graft at 9 ½ Years old	Tooth has erupted through bone graft but into palate. Tooth exposed and fistula repairs done.


Orthodontics completed but before ceramic veneer of tooth placed in cleft area (left lateral incisor was missing)	Ceramic veneer completed.	Completed orthodontic work - 20 years old.
