Unfortunately, we did not get a quorum at our re-scheduled Annual General Meeting on 26th August 2006. Therefore, under the rules of our constitution, the Annual General Meeting of CleftPALS Queensland Incorporated has been adjourned until Saturday 16th September 2006 as so determined by he management committee. At the adjourned meeting the constitution allows the members present within half an hour from the time appointed for the meeting, shall be a quorum. These meetings are a great opportunity to meet the committee and other members. We also encourage new families to attend to meet other families and their children. Please mark this date in your diary and come along to support CleftPALS Qld. The meeting should be brief and will be followed by a General Meeting of the committee, to which all members are also invited. Time: 1:00pm (for a prompt 1:30pm start) Date: Saturday 16th September, 2006 Venue: Floor 2, Room 2.1 Mater Children’s Hospital Refreshments: Provided Fun stuff: Raffles, lucky door prizes Cost: Free of charge We look forward to seeing you there.
